Addictive Spicy Chile Crisp

I recently discovered Lao Gan Ma's, Chile Crisp. I tentatively used it in a stir fry first but now find myself spooning it into a multitude of things. It's a garlicky, spicy, tangy, crunchy condiment that is addictive and somehow works in everything.
