We don’t’ get Miller High Life here in Ireland but I make it just the same with Miller Genuine Draft. Take a big slug, pour in some Aperol, dash of lemon juice and you’re good to go. It’s extremely refreshing. Highly recommended.

I recently discovered Lao Gan Ma’s, Chile Crisp. I tentatively used it in a stir fry first but now find myself spooning it into a multitude of things. It’s a garlicky, spicy, tangy, crunchy condiment that is addictive and somehow works in everything.
