Returns Policy

Returns are gladly accepted returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, for products that were damaged during shipping. Please send me an email to [email protected] if you have received a damaged item.

Prints must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging not later than 14 days from the day of the decision to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you).

In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

In the event we do find fault, we offer a replacement or a refund of the print. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges on the prints.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date you received your order.

Providing your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for any postage costs.

If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns Policy regarding shipping costs.

Cancellations cannot be made on special orders, commissions or prints which has been specially altered at the buyer’s request.

Shipping

Each piece will be packaged up safely to protect your order.

A2 prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, protective brown paper and delivered rolled in a strong postage tube.

A4 & A3 prints are added in a poly protective bag and delivered in a strengthened flat envelope

Shipping within Ireland is sent by An Post standard.

Overseas Shipping is sent by An Post registered postal service.

John Henry Donovan is not responsible for any additional levies/customs/import taxes incurred by you (the buyer).

John Henry Donovan is not responsible for any lost post due to incorrect entry of shipping address by the customer.

Regarding custom messages, John Henry Donovan is not responsible for any typos or incorrect spellings made by the buyer

i.e. the message is written as supplied unless contacted prior to shipping at [email protected].
